The soon-to-be elegantly refurbished hotel is located on the family-owned Spier Wine Farm beside the Eerste River, in the heart of the Stellenbosch wine-growing in the Western Cape.

The hotel will boast 80 luxury rooms, each elegantly appointed with timeless style, with views that capitalise on the natural surrounds. Accommodation includes 68 luxury/ garden rooms and 12 suites.
