THE MAIN CAMP
The main lodge area is home to an open-plan bar, lounge and dining area. The main area extends onto a large wooden deck with a swimming pool that overlooks a floodlit waterhole that is frequently visited by an abundance of wildlife including elephant and lion. WIFI is available in the main area. The nearby sunken firepit just off the deck is a welcoming space for guests looking to find solitude and comfort whilst reading a book in the cool afternoon breeze, it is also the location to enjoy a unique Boma dining experience under the African sky
SOLAR POWER AND USE OF ENERGY
Our aim at Camp Kuzuma is to touch the earth lightly and minimize our carbon footprint. We operate completely off the grid using 100% renewable solar energy systems, with power being generated by solar panels. We do offer air-conditioning but only turn it on at certain times in order to preserve power

♣ Each suite has a mosquito net and a fan, tea & coffee making facilities and a sherry station
♣ For families with young adults we have 2 tented suites next to each other with an interleading walkway. The distance between each entrance is approximately 4 metres.


Camp Kuzuma lies in the Chobe region of Botswana and is part of the pristine Kazuma Forest Reserve.
The lodge can easily be reached by road. It is just 2 hours from Victoria Falls and 1 hour from Kasane.
Its location on the borders of Chobe National Park and Zimbabwe, means it is only a 2.5-3-hour drive from Nantwich Safari Lodge in Zimbabwe’s
Hwange National Park. Combining a Botswana safari package with Hwange can therefore be arranged without much effort.
