    * Budget Double (9)
    Each of our budget double rooms, north facing, features a calming, modern aesthetic and a large en-suite bathroom. This 14m² newly refurbished space offers a soft place to land during your travels

     

    * Queen Suite (2)
    Each one of these north facing suites features tasteful art décor and unique pops of colour. The queen suite measuring 26m² is spacious for luxurious stays.

     

    * King Suite (2)
    Each of our king suites, north facing, offers a spacious king bed and large en-suite bathroom. This 26m² room is perfect for honeymooners or guests who want to treat themselves to a luxurious stay.

     

    * Executive Double (8)
    Our newly refurbished executive double rooms, north facing, are located on the fourth and fifth floors. These 16m² rooms feature modern décor and amenities that promise comfort no matter the length of your stay.

     

    Deluxe Room (8)
    Each of our deluxe rooms, north facing, features tasteful art décor and pops of colour. These rooms situated on the top floors have either a balcony or a corner bath. Guests can choose between a balcony or a room with a corner bath.

    Our standard rooms, north facing, feature tasteful art décor and pops of colour that promise comfort no matter the length of your stay.

     

    * Superior Room (1)
    Our north facing superior room features tasteful art décor and unique pops of colour with a private lounge area and also a kitchenette.

    Our single rooms are available even on last-minute requests. These rooms cater for travellers that need basic, comfortable accommodation in the bustling heart of Cape Town. Although it can accommodate two people, it is compact.

     

    * Family Room (1)
    Our family suite features two separate bedrooms perfect for a family. The two bedrooms share a bathroom. Guests of both bedrooms can enjoy separate private balconies that invites you to enjoy the bustling cityscape of Cape Town.

     

    ACCOMMODATION BOOKING CONDITIONS

    * Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
    * Full payment required 30 days prior to check-in.
    * A Continental Breakfast is available at an additional R120 per person.
    * 30% discount on rack rate for guide / driver room (subject to minimum 9 rooms booked).
    * Check in time is from 14h00 and check out time is before 10h00.
    * Child policy: – Pay full price, as rates are per room.
    * Rooms cannot accommodate a 3rd person. No extra mattresses available.
    * No pets allowed.
    * A minimum of 2 consecutive nights stays from 20 December – 10 January. 2024 & 2025

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    * FIT bookings must be prepaid in full 14 days prior to arrival or will be subject to automatic cancellation.
    * Group bookings (5 rooms or more) will only be confirmed if a 50% deposit is paid 45 days prior to check in date. The
    balance of the payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to check in. If not adhered to, the hotel has the right
    to cancel the booking.
    * A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if the group cancels within 30 days prior to arrival.
