Built into the slope of a hill in the Binga province of Zimbabwe, the lodge offers stunning panoramic vistas from various levels. Embark on a tour with a private guide to the local museum, engaging in conversations with the local people. On return to the lodge, experience the natural hot springs which Binga offers, a unique safari excursion.

    For those who wish to remain on the lake, a sunset cruise is available to soak in more hours on the water, while soaking in the colours of the sky as day gives way to night. A Kariba sunset is truly like noneother, akin to a painting and imprinted in memory.

  • Getting there

    Reachable by road and light aircraft. Flying into Bulawayo, your drive to Binga will take 7 hours. Flying into Victoria Falls, your drive to Binga will take 5 hours.

  • Food

     

    We utilise the surrounding villages to supply fresh produce to the lodge where possible. This will facilitate empowering the local farmers and support the villages in a continuous and sustainable way.

  • Gernal Information

     

    Climate
    Summer months (September to March) tend to be quite hot and has the highest rainfall of the year.

    Cooler months (April to August) tend to have cool to warm days, with evening and night temperatures being rather chilly.

     

    Child Policy

    Children of all ages are welcome.

    *Children 0 – 3 years stay free of charge

    * Children in a family room or occupying their own room: Children aged 4

    – 12 years pay 50% of the adult rate; Children aged 13 – 17 years pay 75% of the adult rate.

     

    Water Supply

    Water is supplied from the lake and goes through a filtration system.
