Day 1: Falls + Bridge + Lunch

Morning 08:00: Breakfast at Palm River Lodge overlooking Zambezi, 20 minutes transfer to town
09:00–11:00: Guided Tour of Victoria Falls Rainforest – Zimbabwe side

11:30–13:00: Rainforest Lunch

14:00–16:00: Craft Market + Town Tour

⇒ Head to Elephant Walk Shopping & Artisan Market. 200+ stalls: wood carvings, soapstone, Shona sculptures
⇒ Then Victoria Falls Craft Market at Big Tree for authentic bargains ( Your guide can help with haggling. Cash USD preferred)

 

16:30–18:30: Sunset Cruise from Palm River Lodge jetty

⇒ Back at lodge. Zambezi River cruise with drinks + snacks. Hippos, elephants, sundowners
⇒ Usually included on full-board at Palm River

Day 2: Helicopter + Bridge Tour

Morning

07:30: Early breakfast at the lodge.

08:30–09:00: Helicopter “Flight of Angels”

⇒ 13min scenic flight over Falls, Batoka Gorge, Zambezi
⇒ Best light is morning = rainbows + less haze

 

10:30–12:30: Victoria Falls Bridge Tour

Activity details
⇒ Walk to Victoria Falls Bridge bordering Zambia. Guided bridge tour
⇒ See the Falls from the bridge, learn bungee history, and if you’re brave: Bridge Swing or Zipline
⇒ Cross into Zambia visa-free on KAZA UniVisa to see the bridge cannon viewpoint

 

Lunch 13:00: Lunch at The Lookout Café over Batoka Gorge or back at Palm River

 

Afternoon 15:00: Back to Palm River Lodge
